Hi, everybody, in this blog I will tell you about what was not added to the game.
Concept and lore
According to the original idea, the player had to travel through different levels and kill enemies to collect memorabilia. The main reason why this needed to be done was a creature called a Timeswall. He created time loops and sucked the memory out of all the creatures that got there. The game was supposed to start with the choice of a character class.
Classes
At the beginning of the game, the player was given a choice of three classes with different abilities
Warrior — Melee class, he has a sword, as well as better armor.
Rogue — Ranged class, he had a bow as a weapon, and instead of better armor, he had increased speed.
Wizard — unlike the other two classes, it does not have any attacks, the only thing it can do is summon various magical creatures to help itself.
After choosing a class, the player started the game in the town.
Town
The character wakes up not far from the altar, where he is met by an Elder.
The Town — is a location where you can meet various NPCs, as well as the altar itself is located there.
Buildings
"Witch's Hat" — a small shop that sells magic items.
Smithy — a building where you can upgrade weapons and equipment.
Junkman's shop — a cramped room littered with junk where you can exchange things for coins.
The Altar — A group of columns with a pedestal in the middle, where you can sacrifice memorabilia to feed the Timeswall.
NPCs
Elder — An old man wrapped in a hoodie, he meets the player at the beginning of the game and says different phrases when interacting with him. It is he who calls the player to help save the Town.
Witches from the "Witch's Hat" — a group of witches working in the shop "Witch Hat", they sell various scrolls and potions. They will appear in the Town if the player finds memories of witches in the dungeon.
Junkman — A young man in a hat who sits in his shop and buys memorabilia in exchange for coins. He will appear in the city if you find a memory of junkman.
Blacksmith — A strong man with a black beard, in exchange for memorabilia and coins, can improve armor and weapons. He will appear in the city if you find a memory of blacksmith.
Items
Exploring dungeons and killing enemies, you can find various things
Memorabilia — an important aspect of the world is the things in which someone's memories are buried.
Weapons and armor — various equipment that increases the skills of the characters if you put them on.
Memory — an item that allows you to remember a certain NPC, after which he hides in the town/
